Adoption Decree
We are out of PGN!!! Birth mother signs her final consent. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to make travel arrangements yet like we did with Vivian.

Effective, August 6, 2007 the US Embassy in Guatemala City is requiring a 2nd DNA test. This 2nd DNA test will only be on the child, the birth mother is not involved. This 2nd testing will occur after the case is approved and out of PGN. Once these test results are back, our "pink" will be issued.
